    ALLERGEN COMPONENT: Linalool, limonene. USES:

    PRECAUTIONS:

  • Lavender oil is one of the most versatile oils and we can have great benefits if we integrate it into our daily routine.

     

    1. RELAXATION (calming, insomnia, anxiety, depression)
    Lavender essential oil helps you relax:

    • broadcasting  lavender essential oil before going to bed;
    • Put 1-2 drops on a napkin, inhale lightly;
    • Put a few drops on the bedding (it does not stain, it evaporates completely);
    • Put 1-2 drops directly in the palms, rub your hands, close to your nose and inhale, with your eyes closed;

    The name lavender comes from the Latin word "lavare" which in translation means "to wash" (the Romans perfumed their bath water with lavender).

    • Aromatherapy baths (recommended for adults): in a full bath you can put 3-6  drops of lavender essential oil previously mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, egg yolk).

     

    2. SKIN HEALTH
    Lavender essential oil is good for skin health:

    • Massage: in this case the essential oil is always diluted with a base oil, vegetable oil, in a proportion of 1-3%, ie add 3 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of vegetable oil.
    • Healing (minor cuts, scratches, light burns, insect bites): put 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil and spread evenly.
